You are right. The 2 commenters above me are NAIVE! Yes. Unarmed guy reached for cops gun. Admitted to doing so. But none of that would matter to a jury now that it has come out cop was drunk driving his police car off duty and claimed his position in defense of his actions in a road rage incident. No doubt LMPD will be sued. And no doubt they will settle outside of court. You guys clearly don't get what the poster was conveying at all
