I applaud the chief for making some changes because he is concerned about increased crime or violent crime...but one solution would be not having Officer/Detectives/Sgt./Lts. working 25,000 man hours on traffic/security details taking officers from patrolling neighborhoods, catching drug dealers, doing computer forensics, polygraphs, working on rapes, murders, robberies, fraud, DV, crimes against children, missing persons, assaults, burglary, car thefts, street robberies etc... It truly is OUT OF
