Not a drug dealer? They really need to release Newby's juvenile record. HE WAS A DRUG DEALER, A CONVICTED DRUG DEALER, WITH A HISTORY OF MULTIPLE OFFENSES INVOLVING A FIREARM! This is turning into a really bad soap opera, it would actually be funny if it wasnt so sad.

Yeah right, I keep a spare gun and a vial of crack in my glove compartment just in case of such an emergency. Dont you think that a shooting outside a liqor store in the west end garnished at least a little attention to the surrounding houses? Wouldnt someone have come forward if they even thought for a second the officer was planting dope and a gun? And by the way "Baggy Clothes" are exactly what someone would wear to conceal a gun.

I also got to give my opinion on something else. Angela Bougegess is suing the city for 4 or 5 million dollars. She says it is in the hopes of preventing the police from doing this to someone else's son.

If this is truly your intention then agree to donate whatever money you receive, after T Clay's 30% cut, to a cause or organization that will work towards such a lofty goal, or a church, homeless shelter, or any other nobler cause than lining your pockets.

Michael Newby was a dope dealing, gun toting thug and his mother needs to accept that is the type of son she is responsible for raising. Bad parenting equals bad people. I just happened upon this page. Everyone should stop assuming the bad guy is always the bad guy, and wonder what happened. I have teen boys that are

harrassed and arrested on false charges. My husband is a nypd cop. I pray for him everyday. He's hated by some white officers. God bless him.

Sometimes the good guy is the bad. Cops are racial sometimes. We all have 1 life to live.

What goes around comes around. When 1 child is hurt needlessly, for some reason the same seems to happen elsewhere. The world is round, and because of the spiritual nature, it can only spread things right back to you. Let's pray for the child that didn't know any better. If he was wrong, pray for him anyway.

Pray for the cops that risk their lives everyday. I have my heart in my hands, because I don't trust the cops as much as I don't trust ordinary people.

I know that in my heart though if my child is falsely persecuted, the day will come that it will happen the same way to the persons family that hurt mine. God is strange that way. You don't get away with evil, sometimes it takes a while.
